Who is the Leadership Conference for?

The Leadership Conference is for you. Can I watch the Conference live online?

Sadly no, we would love for you to join us in person at one of the five available venues.

What will be taking place at St Matthias Plymouth?

St Matt’s will be live streaming all the mainstage talks from the Royal Albert Hall. We will have live hosts, worship, ministry and all seminar sessions will feature live speakers.

Will I need to register for seminars?

Guests will be able to choose a seminar on each day of the conference, on a first come, first serve basis. No additional tickets will be required for these sessions.

Can I book to attend just one day of the conference?

The registration fee covers both days of the conference. Due to how our ticketing system works we are not able to offer a registration option to attend just one day of the event, or for attendance at the evening sessions only.
We are happy for you to make your own arrangements to share tickets but regret that we cannot assist in making these arrangements. Please note that Monday 6th May is a bank holiday in the UK.

How will seats be allocated?

There is no allocated seating at St Matt’s, guests will be able to choose their seats on arrival.

How will I get my ticket and event information?

All guests will be emailed their E-Ticket at the time of purchase and no other ticket will be posted.
St Matt’s guests are required to present their E-Ticket on a smart phone or printed copy to gain entry.

Are refunds available?

In accordance with the Standard E-Commerce Regulations 2013, if you wish to cancel your booking for this event, the following cancellation refund policy applies:
Cancellations made from 1st November 2017 to 20th March 2018 will be subject to 50% Cancellation Fees and only 50% of the price of the Event Tickets will be refunded.
Cancellations made after 20th March 2018 onwards will be subject to 100% Cancellation Fees and 100% of the price of the Event Tickets will be forfeited.

No fee is applicable for transfers and if a delegate can no longer attend we would encourage them to arrange for someone to replace them in order to avoid losing any percentage of their booking fee.

Will Catering be available at this event?

Catering will not be available at St Matt’s however we are within short walking distance of Drake’s Circus & Mutley Plain where there are a number of restuarants, cafés and takeaways.

Can children attend this event?

As ths conference is adult-focused we regret that we are not able to accomodate children at this event. We would recommend that you do not book tickets for any children under the age of 14.
